First attempt at a shop awning

My friend and I got together one afternoon and attempted to create a storefront window birthday card.  I think it turned out okay...but could still use something behind the cupcakes. Not sure what.

My friend Olivia made this card...I loved it so asked if she minded if I added it to my blog.   It always make me think of that song Shirley Temple sang in one of her movies..I think it was originally done by Gayla Peevy ..this was one of the cutest versions I found on youtube :)

I'm Baaack !

PHEW!!!  My computer is finally fixed!  I have an Apple, and was surprised when I got a virus...even more in shock with the images popping up on my screen!!  So, needless to say my computer was shut off, unplugged and brought in to my local Apple specialists and fixed up...with a new Anti-virus protection added! 

In case you haven't already noticed I LOVE trees :)  And lately I really like these colours together.  This is the first time I've used my new paper, and I'm really liking it.  It's called Naturals Ivory (the tree is stamped on it).  It kind of has a fleck to it...I think it looks great with the Very Vanilla.
